Ambrosia Maple, cross cut - Ambrosia maple is caused by beetles eating the wood so you may have some worm holes in your pen blank. This is normal - if you do get a worm hole it adds character to the pen blank. Just fill it in with some of the dust from the blank and you will be fine!
