Teal Abalone Shell (Sierra / Gatsby Series)

These One-Of-A-Kind Exquisite pen blanks are hand made using Teal Abalone Shell  slices.  Each Teal Abalone Shell  blank will vary from blank to blank and that is exactly how Mother Nature intended it to be! The slices of shell are cut with a laser and each slice is glued onto a pen tube and then coated with a epoxy resin for absolute beauty and clarity!

Please Note: The blank is made from Alumilite  and therefore should not be turned with a Carbide Tool unless you are using a carbide tool with a NEGATIVE RAKE SCRAPER such as the Easy Wood Tools made exclusively for BG Artforms (Barry Gross).

This blank is made for the Sierra, Gatsby twist pen kits or pen kits that use a 27/64" pen tube - this blank is NOT for click pens!.  Quantities of these blanks are limited and will be replaced as they are sold - no two pen blanks will ever be the same! 

 If you want to use a Sierra Grip pen kit, please shorten the pen blank to the correct Sierra Grip pen size!
